What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of gentle choreographed movements that is primarily practiced for its health benefits in body, mind and spirit. It is often called a moving meditation.
What is Chi Kung?
Chi Kung is a series of slow movements combined with deep breathing that cultivates and builds our inner Chi, the life force energy that is within us and all around us. Sincere practice with the intent to gain balance and sensitivity is key to experiencing the full benefits of Chi Kung.
