Risa teaches our Hot Yoga class. She has been practicing for five years and teaching for the Healing Arts Center for two years. In this class, students always practice the same set. This allows each person to work with what their body has to offer each day. Even though our set of postures stays the same, our bodies feel different each day. This awareness can help strengthen our body-mind connection and teaches us acceptance of ourselves and others around us. |
